A One Panel Folder (OPF) is most commonly used to ship flat items.

An OPF is a great lightweight & affordable box for shipping books, t-shirts, stationary, DVDs, etc.



Why try and fit your custom product into a stock-sized box? Allow us to create the perfect box to fit your unique content and potentially eliminate the wasteful employment of unnecessary void-fill. Reduce first, then reuse and recycle.
CUSTOM SIZING
Select Desired Box Dimensions: Choose the exact inside dimension of your ideal box to an eighth of an inch. Leave yourself about 1/4" wiggle room in each dimension to get your product in and out of the box. Once you have entered your dimensions, click UPDATE PRICE to see the price per custom box. Custom-sized boxes will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
CUSTOM PRINTING
You may opt to customize your box even further by adding print. Allow us to apply your branding and logo to the box for the ultimate presentation. First time printing with us? Here is what you need to know - get comfy - this is a lot of important info:
Printing Costs: 1. One-time plate fee depends on the size of your artwork: $95+ 2. Set-up fee - $15.00 per run per size 3. Printing fee per box: One panel $.35 :: Two panels $.45 :: Four panels $.65
Number of Panels: Your OPF box will have ONE top panel that can be printed upon.
Color: We offer 16 stock ink colors (see below). Custom colors are available at an additional cost. Custom inks run between $200-$350 each (depending on the color). If you'd like a custom PMS color, please contact us for pricing and availability.

Artwork Size: The printing plate is going to be the most costly factor in your customization investment. The good news? - The artwork plate fee is a one-time charge. When you are prepared to re-order, we can use the same plate and you will be billed for the actual printing service only. Choose the maximum dimensions of the artwork for each panel. When deciding on the size of your artwork, please allow a minimum of 1 inch from the edges of the box panel to the graphic. For example, a 12x12x2" box would have a maximum art plate size per panel of 10x10". Please note the following required ARTWORK SPECS: in .EPS or .AI format with a minimum of 300 DPI all font should be OUTLINED or VECTORIZED please create all font at a MINIMUM of 12pt to avoid the letters from 'filling in' allow a minimum of 1" of space from your art to the edge of box panels It might be a good idea to recruit assistance from a graphic designer to design the perfect art before placing your order. After checkout, in the final order confirmation you will be prompted to upload your artwork file(s). Please have your artwork files prepared prior to placing your order.
Reorders: If you've ordered from us before and you'd like us to use the same artwork, please choose RE-ORDER in the Artwork Size drop-down. This will indicate to us that we already have your custom printing plate in file and will prompt us to use it again. Though we already have your art, please upload it again at the prompt after checkout checkout so we can double-check we are using the right plate.
Leadtime: Boxes that are custom-sized only will ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow 2 weeks from approved art for first-time custom print orders. Re-orders will ship within 1 week.
