I am getting a billing/shipping address error and can't place an order. Help!

First, we are sorry for any issue that you are having - We try to make it quick and easy to place an order via our site! If you are getting a billing/shipping address error, there are a couple things that may remedy the situation:

1. Check to make sure all of the fields are filled in on the checkout page.
2. Did you log into your account? We are not currently allowing anonymous orders. We understand that not all customers would like to create an account, but please be assured that we respect your privacy and do not share or sell your information. If you did not create an account, you would not have access to viewing current or past orders, nor viewing or printing invoices.
3. Clear your cache/history/cookies. Excess information can create issues on a computer, especially for someone who uses the computer for work. This essentially clears out the old information that the computer has stored in it's temporary memory.
