Made with a thick 24pt paperboard and gusseted for extra protection and expansion, this mailer has unique creasing for expandability and expands into a three dimensional, polybag-like shape when filled with products.

To ensure the best seal on these mailers, apply firm pressure across the entire length of the adhesive when closing the envelope. This is especially true when stuffing the mailers to capacity. The adhesive is strong but the texture of the recycled paperboard can be difficult to adhere to, so firm pressure ensures a stronger bond. Refer to this video for more guidance.
