Yesterday, Colorado issued a Stay at Home order, requiring residents to shelter in place, unless leaving the home for essential activities. EcoEnclose is considered an Essential Business, and is still operating. Many team members are working from home and our warehouse team has moved to a staggered and shorter schedule that allows workers to be isolated from others during their shift.
What does this mean for you? Most customers and more orders should see very little impact.
The majority of our orders are currently going out within our standard lead times, with the exception of our Zero Waste stickers that will be at a 4 week lead time until further notice and digitally printed mailers and notecards, whose lead times have extended. Contact email@example.com to learn more and get our most up to date lead time on these products.
Most of our goods are manufactured in North America and as such, our supply chain has not yet been disrupted and we are fully stocked. We know this situation evolves by the hour and our status may change at any moment. We will update this page if our lead times change or we adjust our operations further.
One important change is that we are not accepting pickup orders on our website until the end of April. This temporary policy enables our customer service team to work from home and minimizes our warehouse team's exposure to others. If you require a pickup order, either for cost reasons or because you need your products immediately, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a contactless pickup transaction.
What does this mean for us? At any given time, only about 30% of our team is in the warehouse, allowing us to maintain over 6 feet of distance between warehouse workers. Additionally, workers have unlimited PTO and are required to stay at home if they are experiencing any relevant symptoms. All of our office workers and customer support team members are working from home.
