How Does a Custom Paper Tube Order Work?

We tailor every paper tube program to your product, structure, size, quantity, and timeline. Here’s what to expect.

1. Request Your Quote

Send us your product, desired tube style or application, dimensions if known, and estimated quantity. We typically provide quotes within 48 hours.

2. Review Your Sample and Proof

Once artwork is ready, sampling typically takes 7–10 working days. Full production proofs are also available before the full run.

3. Move Into Production

For approximately 100,000 pieces, production may take around 25 days after sample approval. We’ll confirm timing for your specific project in your quote.

4. Plan for Shipping

Eight weeks is a safe planning assumption for ocean freight. Available shipping options, including expedited options, and timing are confirmed for your specific project.

What sizes of custom paper tubes are available?

For three-piece tubes, 2" diameter x 4.5" high and 4" diameter x 6" high are two example sizes. Because this is a custom, quote-only program, send us your required dimensions so we can evaluate the right fit for your project.

Can I see a sample before placing the full order?

Yes. Once your artwork is ready, sampling typically takes 7 to 10 working days, so your team can review the package before moving into production. Full production proofs are also available if you'd like to confirm final print and construction before the full run.

Can paper tubes package a product directly?

Some structures can hold and dispense products such as deodorants and balms, including push-up tubes and single tubes with caps. Other structures can serve as outer packaging around a primary container, such as a tincture bottle.

How far in advance should I plan a paper tube order?

Plan for quoting, a 7- to 10-working-day sampling period after artwork, production, and freight. For reference, production is approximately 25 days for 100,000 pieces after sample approval, and eight weeks is a safe assumption for ocean freight.
