What is the difference between set size shipping boxes and custom shipping boxes?
Set size shipping boxes are ordered on this page. Choose from specific styles, fluting and sizes based on preconfigured dies we have on hand. These boxes are not available for custom branding. Production of set size shipping boxes tends to be shorter than custom shipping boxes.
Custom shipping boxes are completely customizable - select from eight different box styles, multiple flute options, build your own dimensions, and custom brand your boxes. Lead times vary, but production of custom shipping boxes tends to take longer than set size shipping boxes.
When will my boxes ship?
Set size shipping boxes are typically produced quicker than custom shipping boxes. If your order contains a custom shipping box and a set size shipping box, your set size shipping box will ship when your entire order is ready. Check our current lead times here.
Shipping box orders over 2000 units may have different lead times. Corrugated products and custom printed items are non-returnable, but if you have any issues please let us know and we will work toward a resolution. Contact us with any questions.
