WHAT IS LEAD TIME?
● Lead time is the estimated time to process your order for shipment and does not include transit time.
ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE PRODUCTS
● Orders with blank custom shipping boxes and stock products are shipped once the boxes are completed.
● Orders with branded and stock products are split. Stock ships first and branded ships according to its lead time.
● Multiple custom products on an order are shipped together in accordance with their collective latest due date.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
● Lead times are estimated timeframes required to process an order. 95% of orders are shipped within their lead times.
● Lead times do not include transit time. Transit time is based on the transit method selected at checkout.
● Lead times begin once payment is received.
● Lead times begin after artwork and, if applicable, custom ink swatch approval for branded orders.
● International shipments require brokerage and customs clearance. Duties, fees or taxes must be paid before delivery.
● Enterprise orders have unique lead times. Confirm your lead time with your account representative.
