There is a lot of misleading and inaccurate information about forestry and the sustainability of logging trees to produce packaging and fabrics - two ubiquitous products throughout our lives. To ensure we develop the most eco-friendly paper packaging options possible and support our EcoAlly community to make the best decisions for the planet, EcoEnclose has become a Pack4Good Policy Holder and has brought on Canopy Planet as a trusted partner and resource in our work.

Who is Canopy Planet?

Canopy Planet is an environmental not-for-profit that works with hundreds of companies to reduce the impact on the world’s Ancient and Endangered Forests.

What is Pack4Good?

The Pack4Good initiative partners with companies to develop robust sourcing policies and provide tools and support. With ingenuity and innovation, Canopy Planet is rethinking packaging and integrating sustainable next generation solutions to save our climate and our world’s forests.

Membership in this initiative is free to brands. It gives them access to the people and extensive resources of Canopy, leaders in forest science, and ecosystem protection for the world’s ancient and endangered forests. Hundreds of brands are already policyholders, including Ben & Jerry’s, Everlane, LUSH, prAna, TOMS, and StitchFix.

EcoEnclose’s partnership with Canopy led directly to the development of our Next Gen paper offerings, which is helping fuel our continued commitment to producing more packaging out of agricultural waste and avoiding using virgin paper whenever possible.
