EcoEnclose Announces Zero Waste Sticker and Liners

Posted By on May 24th 2019

LOUISVILLE, Colorado, May 23, 2019 -  EcoEnclose, the world’s first line of completely sustainable shipping supplies has announced a new product line of Zero Waste Stickers and Release Liners. This new downstream sustainability product offers businesses an additional way to minimize their carbon footprint and achieve their zero waste and plastic-free goals.

Traditional silicone release liners and stickers are extremely difficult to recycle whereas EcoEncloses product is produced from 100% post-consumer waste and are free of silicone and plastic coating. The product can be easily recycled back into paper and provides a sustainable solution for small to medium sized businesses that have traditionally had few options for mitigating the environmentally negative aspects of using stickers and liners for packaging and branding.

Larger enterprises have started implementing some sustainability measures in their shipping and packaging processes, however, bleeding edge solutions remain out of reach for the majority of small to medium sized businesses due to development, testing, and technology barriers. EcoEnclose’s dedication to making eco-friendly solutions accessible to small and medium sized businesses places it at the forefront of new environmentally friendly shipping and packaging products.

“We discovered a manufacturer working on a patent pending technology for a unique new liner. While most companies typically wait until a technology is well tested and known in the market - we take the stance of wanting to try anything that represents forward sustainable progress.” says Doshi.

In 2016 over 65 billion packages were sent worldwide and that number is predicted to grow at a double digit figures for the foreseeable future. Packaging, including these 65 billion eCommerce packages-- shipped in oversized cardboard boxes, fortified with all sorts of bubble wrap, Styrofoam, and plastic coverings-- are the largest component of human-created waste.

With the tremendous growth in eCommerce shipping and labeling there is a pressing need for sustainable business solutions within the industry. While larger enterprises are able to leverage their size and resources to develop environmentally friendly processes - EcoEnclose is able to offer sustainability focused solutions to the small and medium business market at low run prints - offering printed boxes with a minimum of just 250, printed mailers with a minimum of just 500, and stickers with a minimum of just 1000.

All of EcoEnclose’s products are 100 percent recyclable and most are made from 100 percent recycled material.
