Lead time = Estimated time needed to process and ready your order for shipment. Does not include ship time.
95% of orders go out within these times.

Note: for orders with multiple products:

  • Orders containing boxes and stock items: Order will ship once boxes are completed.
  • Orders containing custom-printed items and stock items: stock items will ship first separately, printed items will ship according to their respective lead time.

Post-Production Printed Packaging
Branded orders placed through the website, or through a design or art rep. Order sizes are usually less than 10K units.

These orders are placed through a sales team EcoAlly. Usually order sizes higher than 10K units.

Lead time begins after Artwork Approval Process is complete. 

Does not include ship time.

Note that processing starts once payment has been taken, and in the case of printed orders, after the art (and custom ink swatch, if applicable) has been approved. Lead times described above do NOT include ship time, which you can find below. Therefore, for custom printed orders, allow an extra 1-2 business days for the art proof/approval process.



Once your items ship, you will receive an automated email with tracking, sent to the email address used to place the order. You can expect to receive your order based on the standard ship times outlined below (according to carriers.)

Please note that, due to COVID, ship times may extend.

Transit times are estimates, and not guaranteed. Transit time is controlled solely by the carrier, not by EcoEnclose.

Please note that orders with expedited shipping will still be processed according to the above lead times
